Influencer Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Buy Me Japan Influencer Program! Please carefully read our Terms and Conditions to understand your rights and responsibilities when participating in our program.

Program Eligibility

• Participants must have an active social media profile on Instagram, TikTok, or other relevant platforms.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have explicit permission from a legal guardian to participate.
• Participants should have authentic followers; we reserve the right to verify follower authenticity.

How the Program Works

• Create genuine and original content, such as unboxing videos or product reviews, featuring items purchased from Buy Me Japan.
• Post your content to your social media profile (Instagram or TikTok), clearly tagging our official store handle: @buymejapan.store.
• Submit a direct link of your posted content via email to: influencer@buymejapan.com.

Once reviewed and approved by our team, you will receive a one-time use Free Shipping coupon code valid for your next order.

Commission and Rewards

• Influencers will receive a reward of $10 USD for every completed order placed through their unique referral code or link by their followers, family, or friends.
• The referred customer will also receive $10 USD off their first purchase.
• Each order is eligible for one Free Shipping coupon only. Upon issuance, the coupon remains valid for a period of 90 days.

Content Guidelines

• Content must be original, accurate, and should honestly reflect your experience with our products.
• Posts must adhere to community guidelines of the respective social media platform.
• Influencers must clearly disclose their affiliation or partnership with Buy Me Japan by using hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or by clearly mentioning the partnership within the content. This disclosure must comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.

Approval and Rights

• Buy Me Japan reserves the right to approve or reject submitted content at our sole discretion.
• By participating in our Influencer Program, influencers grant Buy Me Japan non-exclusive rights to utilize the content for promotional purposes, including reposting, featuring on our website, and other marketing materials.
• Influencers retain ownership of their original content and will always be credited appropriately when content is used by Buy Me Japan.

Program Changes and Termination

• Buy Me Japan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Influencer Program or any of its terms at any time.
• Influencers may discontinue participation at any time by providing written notice via email to influencer@buymejapan.com.
• Buy Me Japan reserves the right to terminate an influencer's participation at any time if content or practices violate these terms or damage our brand reputation.

Liability and Indemnity

• Influencers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buy Me Japan against any claims or liabilities arising from influencer-generated content.
• Buy Me Japan is not responsible for any personal or property damage resulting from participation in the program.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your application and participating in the Buy Me Japan Influencer Program, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions listed herein.
