Shipping policy

For all orders exceeding $150 USD, we provide complimentary shipping. For orders under this threshold, a shipping fee will be applied.

The "Estimated Transit Time" indicates the expected time for a package to travel from Japan to the destination country.

Once the package enters the destination country, the duration for customs clearance and final delivery by the National Post Service is beyond our control.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Only 15 items (total) is allowed per order.
  • If a package is returned because it was not collected from the designated pickup location or was refused by the recipient, the shipping fee is non-refundable. If the return is made via UPS Express, the return shipping fee will also be deducted. Once the item is returned, a refund will be issued for the purchased products only.
  • If your order exceeds 2kg, it may be divided into two or more packages, and additional tracking codes will be provided for each package.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Rates and delivery times are subject to change without notice.

  • To provide the best possible service, we reserve the right to upgrade the shipping method when appropriate. All changes will be upgrades only—never downgrades.

VAT COLLECTION

To make your shopping experience smoother and compliant with local tax laws, we collect and remit VAT (Value Added Tax) for orders shipped to several countries.

VAT-Inclusive Pricing

All prices shown on our store already include VAT where applicable. There are no additional VAT charges added at checkout for supported countries.

  • EU countries (orders under €150): VAT is included in the prices shown at checkout and is automatically collected.
  • EU countries (orders over €150): Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning VAT and customs fees are not collected upfront — you may be required to pay them upon delivery.
  • All other countries: No taxes are collected, and orders are also shipped on a DDU basis.

We currently collect VAT for all member countries of the European Union:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy,
Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal,
Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

If your shipping address is in one of these countries, VAT is automatically included in the price you see and will be remitted in accordance with EU and other countries tax regulations.
