Kose Fasio Lash Perm–Level Film Mascara (Long & Volume) is a Japanese film mascara that creates wide, lifted lashes with the lasting curl of a lash perm. It builds length and volume with layerable Super Long Lash Fibers, while staying resistant to tears and smudging for a clean finish all day. The straight brush helps prevent clumps and keeps lashes defined. When it’s time to remove, the film softens with warm water for easy off. Available in various shades.
- Perm-Like Curl Hold: Acrylates/VA Copolymer helps form a firm film to keep curls from dropping.
- Length Boost Fibers: Rayon enhances the look of longer, more extended lash tips.
- Conditioning Oil Blend: Jojoba Seed Oil and Shea Butter help keep lashes feeling softer.
