For all orders exceeding $150 USD, we offer free shipping. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be applied.

The "Estimated Transit Time" refers to the anticipated duration for a package to travel from Japan to the destination country.

Once the package arrives in the destination country, the time required for customs clearance and delivery by the National Post Service is beyond our control.

Delays may occur and are beyond our control.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Only 15 items (total) is allowed per order.
  • For European countries, VAT will be collected at checkout for orders below €150. Orders exceeding €150 will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and customers may be required to pay VAT and any additional fees during the customs clearance process.
  • For other countries, we do not collect any taxes, and all orders will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • We are not responsible for delays that may occur during the Customs Clearance process.
  • If a package is returned due to not being collected from the designated pickup location, or because the buyer declined to accept it, the shipping fee will not be reimbursed. Upon return, a refund will be initiated exclusively for the products purchased.
  • If your order exceeds 2kg, it will be divided into two or more packages, and additional tracking codes will be provided for each package.
  • All packages are shipped as International Registered Mail which requires the recipient signature to be delivered.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • Please note that the shipping address and contact information cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
