This cream has burnt my skin to a crisp after just 1 use. I am in so much pain

This is a highly pigment fading cream, hydroquinone is drying, but highly effective at reducing pigment.

Really easy to apply to the skin. Goes on smoothly. Has no odour . i have only started using the cream so i am unable to comment on the effectiveness. it would be nice if instructions for use were in English as well. Delivery was amazing

I live in Australia, and am a pharmacist here and is one of the best hydroquinone products I’ve ever used. Hydroquinone takes a long time to work and won’t show visible changes overnight or in a week but with time it does truly work. It is the strongest tyrosinase inhibitor available on the market globally and this formulation along with the other kayute Hq crysta is well made and these products have the highest strengths (without being damaging) that I could find. make sure to apply 6 months on and 3 months off to avoid rare side effects. The changes are visibly apparent in a couple months. This is from my clinical knowledge, personal knowledge of having dark skin (Indian descent), and use of it myself on my own hyperpigmentation and damage from improper cosmetic work.
I have been using it for two weeks, and I can't see any improvement.
